Welcome to MYKO. By accessing mykoherbs.co or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can order You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from MYKO. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Our products are dietary supplements MYKO products are dietary supplements intended to support general wellness. They are not drugs. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Not medical advice Information on this site — including product descriptions, the Ingredient Hub, protocols, and the Library — is provided for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. Do not combine MYKO Active Botanical formulas with SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, lithium, or other psychiatric medications without your healthcare provider's guidance.

4. Active Botanical formulas & your responsibility Certain MYKO formulas contain an Active Botanical Compound and are designed for cycle-based, intentional use — not daily or recreational use. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws and regulations that apply to these products in your country, state, province, and local jurisdiction. MYKO makes no representation that these products are legal in your location.

5. Orders & pricing We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, correct pricing errors, and limit quantities. All prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.

6. Accounts If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

7. Intellectual property All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, formulas, sigils, and the MYKO name — is owned by MYKO and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYKO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk, consistent with the guidance and safety information we provide.

9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
